    Prop-based dance designed to make you think outside the box. Shimmies, body rolls, and hip bumps creatively mastered to unexpected music. This class takes it back to the classic art of the tease with a modern day twist. You never know what prop will be used next.

    A contemporary dance that blends modern, jazz, ballet and hip-hop elements bringing sass and sizzle. You’ll typically find faster tempos and varying levels of dynamics. And occasionally… we bring out the chairs.

  • Hip-Hop

    Hip-Hop

    This is generally a high energy dance that allows dancers to perform with freedom of movement adding your own personality along the way. Hip-Hop is a great way to express your own creativeness and shake your booty!

  • Belly Dance

    Belly Dance

    The art of expressing music with your body. This ancient art form is primarily a torso-driven dance with emphasis on isolated movements of individual parts of the body. This beautiful dance is done mostly with the hips, shoulders and chest while moving the arms and hands harmoniously.

  • Sensations dance

    Sensations

    Designed for the senses, this rotating weekly workshop help you reconnect with your body. Implementing elements from Burlesque, Cabaret, Heels, Lap Dance, and Floor work, this class serves as the ultimate way to rediscover your true sense of self.

Adult Dance Fitness

    Bendz & Bandz

    This class uses resistance bands to stretch and strengthen from head to toe. Feel free to bring your own or use the Garage's. Note: the bands do contain latex. Join us in working towards increasing and maintaining flexibility in a fun and unconventional way!

  • PULSE

    PULSE

    Our dance-inspired cardio for everyBODY at varying skill and ability levels. Routines are repeated each class and easy to learn. Level up or down as you'd like! Most dance barefoot/socks, but please feel free to wear shoes if needed. Note: we only ask that they are not your everyday street shoes.

  • Stretch & Strengthen

    Stretch & Strengthen

    A balance between strength and flexibility is important! This dynamic class balances the two just for you.
    Note: Please bring your own yoga mat. We have a few spares in-house if you forget!
